Luxembourg, 28 March 2011 - Amazon today announced that 100 titles from Dame Catherine Cookson are now available in e-book format for the first time, exclusively at the Amazon.co.uk Kindle Store (www.amazon.co.uk/kindlestore). The collection of titles, including some which are out of print, represents all of the full-length novels from one of the UK's most-read novelists. These books, which are published by The Catherine Cookson Charitable Trust in conjunction with Peach Publishing, are available from just £1.99 and can be downloaded in less than 60 seconds by Kindle and Kindle app customers.

"Dame Catherine Cookson was a novelist who brought so much enjoyment to readers around the world and we are thrilled to be able to offer her work in e-book format for the very first time," said Gordon Willoughby, European Director of Kindle.
