Award-Winning Comedy and Drama Series from Lionsgate UK to Arrive on Amazon Prime Instant Video

Hit shows including Mad Men, Anger Management and Nashville made available on Prime Instant Video, the UK’s largest movie and TV streaming subscription service

18th June 2014, London: Lionsgate UK and Amazon have today announced a subscription video on demand (SVOD) deal that will bring award-winning US prime time television drama and comedy to Prime Instant Video, the UK’s largest movie and TV streaming subscription service.

The multi-year agreement sees hit TV shows including Emmy Award-winning Mad Men, Weeds, Anger Management and Nashville made available on the service, strengthening the partnership between Lionsgate UK and Amazon.

Amazon Prime Instant Video offers unlimited access to the UK's largest subscription streaming library – featuring more than 15,000 popular movies and TV episodes following the launch of the service in February 2014.

 Lionsgate’s global television business includes 28 shows on 20 different networks, with hits including Anger Management joining iconic brands such as Mad Men and Nurse Jackie.
