Amazon.co.uk launches Office Store

April 14, 2009: Amazon.co.uk has announced the launch of its new Office store (www.amazon.co.uk/office) – a one-stop shop for thousands of Office products and supplies.

A whole host of major brands including Post-it, Bostik, Casio, Pukka Pads, Cross, Staedtler and Helix feature in the vast selection of products available directly from Amazon.co.uk or via third party merchants.

‘Amazon’s aim is to have everything you could possibly want for the home office under one virtual roof,’ said Brian McBride, Managing Director of Amazon.co.uk Ltd. ‘From paper and printer labels to storage solutions and staplers, all products are available at the click of a button, at great prices and with the convenience and high quality service that people expect from Amazon.’

Many products in the new Office store are eligible for Free Super Saver Shipping, the threshold for which was cut to just £5 in October last year, as well as Amazon Prime, the membership programme that provides unlimited free next-day delivery for an annual fee of £47.97.

Opening offers in the Office store include Staedtler Triplus 20 packs for £8.99, Sheaffer 300 Series pen and pencil sets for £24.99, 8GB pen drives for £12.00, printers from £34.20 and Olympus WS-311M digital voice recorders for £64.63.
